Clare

Clare

Pole and Flexibility instructor

At 7 years old, Clare was thrown out of ballet school because she couldn’t do the splits.
Growing up, she was shy, hated sports and was scared of heights and fire.
Fast forward and 40 years later her happy place is not only performing in front of an audience but teaching fitness, flexibility and poledancing.
At 47 she became a bikini fitness pro athlete, proving that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
Clare has been teaching pole since 2017, and is registered as a PDC level 3 pole instruction, and XPert Pole 1&2.
She is also qualified in XPert flexibility and flow, and Xpert Children’s pole fitness.
She has been a qualified personal trainer and Strong First kettlebell instructor since 2013, and is a firm believer that a strong body creates a strong mind.
Clare has been a professional photographer for over 25 years, and can also breathe fire.
A far cry from that shy, scared little girl who couldn’t do the splits.
